An aromatic rub of toasted nuts, seeds and spices, this little jar might just be the best thing we've ever made. Bold claim? Maybe. But dip warm bread into good extra virgin olive oil, then into Dukkah, and you’ll see what we mean.

Inspired by the street stalls and spice markets of Egypt, it’s crunchy, earthy, deeply savoury, and endlessly versatile — the kind of thing that ends up on just about everything once it’s in the kitchen.

What to do with it? Pretty much anything:

• Dip bread in olive oil, then Dukkah (yes, again – it’s that good)

• Scatter over just roasted veg or chicken before serving

• Stir into rice or couscous for an instant upgrade

• Crust meat, fish or halloumi before pan-frying

• Sprinkle on salads, eggs, or soups for a toasted kick
