We offer standard UK shipping via tracked courier services. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 3-5 working days. Express shipping options are available at checkout for urgent gifts.
Do you offer click and collect from the Larder?
Yes, you can select 'Local Pickup' at checkout to collect your order directly from our farm shop in Kinross. You will receive an email notification as soon as your items are ready for collection.
How do you ensure the freshness of food products during transit?
Our deli and larder items are carefully packaged to maintain quality. Perishable goods are shipped using insulated packaging and chilled gel packs where necessary to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
What is your return policy for non-food items?
We accept returns on giftware, homeware, and clothing within 28 days of purchase, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please note that hampers and perishable food items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Can I include a personalized message with a gift hamper?
